Homemade Til Atta Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup white or desi til ( sesame)
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup jaggery
1/2 cup ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tbsp chopped nuts
Method:
Clean and then dry roast the til in an heavy based vessel on low flame stirring continuously till light brown or crispy. When cooled grind 3/4 of the roasted til in a grinder jar on pulse mode till coarsely grinded .Keep aside for future use.
Chop the jaggery into small pieces.
In the same vessel heat the ghee then add the atta and roast the wheat flour on low flame stirring continuously till golden brown in colour or till ghee is seen on the sides of the vessel.
Add the cardamom powder and nuts in the wheat flour and roast for a second.
Switch off the flame then add the chopped jaggery and mix well till all the jaggery melts.
Add the grinded til and whole til in the jaggery mixture and mix well.
Take a little mixture in your palms and roll into medium size ladoos. If the mixture is too dry add a little ghee to the mixture.
Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up.
