Homemade Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
200 gms cabbage + 1/4 tsp salt + 1 tsp lemon juice
100 gms Greek yogurt
1 tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
For Tadka:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1 small chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
some chopped curry leaves
Method:
Wash the cabbage properly. Add salt and lemon juice to it and keep it aside for 5 minutes to allow all the water to come out then squeeze out all the water from the cabbage .
Take a bowl then add the cabbage , salt, pepper and Greek yogurt . Mix well.
Take a pan then heat the oil and add the jeera when it splutters add the urad dal, ginger, chilli, curry leaves. Pour the tadka on the cabbage.
Serve this yummy salad as a side dish with your meal.
