Homemade Atta (Wheat Flour) Ladoo Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp almonds and pistachio finely chopped
Method:
In a kadai heat 1/2 cup ghee then roast the wheat flour on medium to low flame stirring continuously till the colour changes to light brown.
Remove in a plate and allow it to cool. When the flour is just warm and you are able to touch it then add the sugar, cardamom powder and roasted almond and pistachio.
Mix well and if it is too dry a little melted ghee can be added. Take a little mixture in your palms and roll into round balls the shape of a ladoo.
This yummy ladoos can be stored it in an air tight container for about 2 weeks .
Note: Do not mix the sugar when the mixture is too hot otherwise it will melt and the mixture will not bind into ladoos.
