Homemade Til Makhana Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup desi til /sesame seeds or white til
1 cup makhana / fox nut
1/2 cup organic jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp til for garnishing
4-5 tbsp ghee
Method:
Clean the til and then dry roast it on low flame stirring constantly. Remove in a plate and let it cool.
Similarly dry roast the makhana also on low flame . Remove and allow it to cool.
Grate or break the jaggery into small pieces.
Melt the ghee and keep aside for future use.
In a grinder jar add the til and makhana on pulse mode to form a coarse powder.
In a bowl add the til, makhana powder, jaggery and cardamom powder then mix well. Add the melted ghee slowly little by little little and keep mixing to make a moist mixture.
Take a little mixture in your palms and press tightly to roll into a round shape ladoo.
Spread the one tablespoon til in a plate and roll all the ladoos on it.
Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up.
