Homemade Bajra Chilla Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups bajra flour
1/2 cup curds/yogurt
1 chopped small onion
1 small grated carrot
1 chopped small green capsicum
1/2 cup chopped palak/ spinach
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asefodita
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/4 tsp soda bi carb
salt as per taste
some chopped coriander leaves
oil for cooking
Method:
In a bowl mix the bajra flour , asefodita, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, jeera, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Then add all the curds and water little by little to make a medium consistency batter. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
After the rest time add all the chopped veggies, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well then add the soda bi carb.
Heat a small non stick pan/ tawa . Grease it with a little oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds then pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan/tawa and slowly spread it to form a medium thickness chilla.
Put some oil and sesame seeds on the top of the chilla, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till golden brown in colour. Flip the chilla then cover and cook on the other side till golden brown in colour.
Remove on a plate.
Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
