Homemade Chilli Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
150 gms green chillies
1/4 tsp asefodita
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp methi (fenugreek ) seeds
1/2 tbsp rai (mustard ) powder
1 tbsp sauf (fennel) seeds
1/2 tbsp salt
1+1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp mustard oil
Method:
Wash the green chillies properly.
Dry the chillies, then remove the top and end of the chillies.
Cut the chillies into halves.
Grind the sauf and methi coarsely.
In a bowl add all the dry spices, chillies and mix well.
Then mix the vinegar and mustard oil in it .
Store the pickle in an airtight glass bottle.
The chilli pickle will be ready in 2-3 days.
