Homemade Turmeric, Ginger and Chilli Pickle Recipe

Ingredients:
100 gms fresh haldi/turmeric
25 gms ginger
8-9 green chilies
2 nos lemons juice
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 tsp asefodita
1 tsp roughly ground black pepper
1 tbsp roughly ground sauf/fennel seeds
1 tsp kalonji /onion seeds
1/2 tbsp ground mustard seeds
salt as per taste
Method:
Peel, wash and dry the haldi and ginger completely. Similarly wash the green chillies , remove the top and dry them completely.
Chop the haldi and ginger into long medium thickness julienne . Slit the green chillies in the center.
Heat the oil and allow it to cool.
Take a glass bowl add all the dry spices and salt. Add all the oil and mix well then add the cut haldi, ginger and chillies in it and give it a good mix.
Cover and keep it out for 2 days mixing it one to two times in a day.
Take a dry glass bottle and transfer the pickle in it. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Enjoy this healthy pickle with your meals.
Note: The quantity of haldi, ginger and chillies can be adjusted accordingly.
