Homemade Broccoli Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gms broccoli
1 tsp pepper powder
salt as per taste
1/2 lemon juice
some olive oil for garnishing (optional)
Method:
Take the whole broccoli and cut into florets. Wash very nicely. Keep aside for future use.
In a pot heat 6 cups water with 1 tbsp salt. Let it boil then add the chopped broccoli .
Cover and cook on low flame till the broccoli is soft.
Drain all the water and keep the water stock to use it later.
In a grinder add the broccoli and grind it into a fine paste by adding the water stock little by little.
Remove in a bowl add the remaining water stock, pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well. If it is too thick some hot water can be added.
Serve the soup drizzled with some olive oil.
