Homemade Bajra Raab Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh curds/yogurt
1.5 cups water
3 tbsp bajra/ pearl millet atta/flour
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
salt as per taste
2 nos green chillies chopped finely
1 string curry leaves chopped finely
some chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Dry roast the bajra atta in an heavy based vessel on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Allow it to cool.
In a bowl add the curds and water and whisk well. Then add the roasted bajra atta in it and again whisk it properly so that there are no lumps.
In a kadai heat 1 tsp ghee add the jeera when it splutters then add the mustard seeds. Saute the curry leaves and green chillies. Switch off the gas then add the curds mixture to the kadai and mix well. Switch on the gas again and cook the mixture on low to medium flame stirring continuously. When ghee drops are seen on the top switch off the gas.
Pour this healthy drink in glasses and serve warm.
