Homemade Lauki Ka Raita Recipe

Ingredients:
1.5 cups curds/yogurt
1/2 cup grated lauki/ doodhi /bottlegourd
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp roasted jeera / cumin powder
black salt as per taste
some chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Peel, wash and grate the lauki. In a vessel boil some water add the grated lauki and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes . Remove from gas and drain out all the extra water. Allow it to cool.
Take a bowl add the curds and all the spices with 1/4 cup water. Whisk properly then add the grated lauki .Mix well.
Remove in a bowl and sprinkle some coriander leaves and roasted jeera powder.
Enjoy this cool and yummy lauki curds with your meals.
