Homemade Tendli Pickle Recipe

Ingredients:
100 gms tendli/ ivy gourd
5 tbsp mustard oil
1.5 tsp split mustard seeds
1.5 tsp split methi/fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp asefodita
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
salt as per taste
Method:
Wash and dry the tendli properly.
Cut the top and bottom of all the tendli then chop them into small cubes.
Take a bowl add all the above spices and the mustard oil and mix well. To it add the cut tendli and give it a good mix.
Keep it in a cool place for 2 days stirring 1-2 times in a day.
After 2 days take a dry glass bottle and transfer the pickle in it. Keep it in the refrigerator. Always use a dry spoon to remove the pickle from the bottle.
