Homemade Curd Sabudana Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sabudana/sago
1/4 cup curds/yogurt
1/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp asefodita
1 whole red chilli
1 no finely chopped green chilli
1-2 string curry leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp urad dal
3 tbsp peanuts
salt as per taste
some chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Clean, wash and soak the sabudana in half cup water for 3-4 hours.
After the soaking time , take a bowl add the curds and 1/4 cup water along with salt and whisk properly so that there are no lumps. Then add the soaked sabudana in it.
In a small pan heat the ghee then add the mustard seeds when it splutters add both the dal and fry till slightly brown in colour. To it add the peanuts and fry again till light brown in colour. Lastly add the asefodita ,curry leaves whole red chilli and chopped green chilli . Switch off the gas.
Pour the tadka on the curds sabudana and garnish with some coriander leaves.
Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours
