Homemade Sri Lankan Coconut Sambol Recipe

Ingredients:
1 whole fresh coconut
1 small finely chopped onion
1 garlic pod
1 tbsp chilli flakes or as per taste
1 tsp whole pepper
1/2 lemon juice
salt as per taste
Method:
In a grinder jar add all the above ingredients and grind on pulse mode to form a fine paste.
Remove in a serving bowl.
Serve this yummy Coconut Sambol with dosa, idli or uttapam.
