Total Time : 40 minutes
Ingredients For Dough:
4 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
salt as per taste
Ingredients for Stuffing:
1 big onion chopped finely
1 big green capsicum chopped finely
1 cup sweet corn ( frozen)
1/2 cup chopped mix of jalapeños, green & black olives
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves ( optional)
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme ( optional)
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 and 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Method:
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients for the dough. Add water required to make a very very soft dough. Grease your palms with some oil and make a smooth ball. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Keep aside for future use.
Take all the ingredients of the stuffing in a bowl and mix well. Do not allow it to rest otherwise it will give out water because salt is added in it.
Make equal size balls of the dough. Take one ball and place it on a rolling board dusted with some flour. With a rolling pin roll into a small disc and place a good quantity of the stuffing on it then seal it by bringing all the sides together.
Dust some flour again on the rolling board and slowly roll into a medium thickness and size paratha.
Heat a tawa and grease it with some oil then place the rolled paratha on it. Allow it to cook for a minute on low flame then flip and sprinkle some oil all over and around it. Again cook for a minute and then flip sprinkle some oil over and around it and cook for another one minute. Flip and cook till brown spots are seen on both sides.
Remove in a plate and repeat the process till all the dough is used up.
Serve this yummy cheesy Pizza Paratha with some mayo, chilli sauce or ketchup.
Enjoy!!!!
