Homemade Paneer Tortilla Wrap Recipe

Ingredients For Filling/Stuffing :
1 cup paneer (fresh/frozen)
1 no big finely chopped onion
1 no big finely chopped tomato
1 no small green capsicum finely chopped
1 no green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black powder
1 tsp jeera/cumin powder
some chopped corainder leaves
salt as per taste
Ingredients For Wraps:
8 nos Tortilla Wraps
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 no big onion sliced into rings
1 no green capsicum /pepper sliced into rings
1/4 cup schezwan sauce
Method:
Cut the paneer into small long pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add and saute the garlic in it. Then add the chopped onion till pinkish in colour then add the chopped tomato and cook till soft and mushy. Add all the spices, salt and chopped capsicum and cook for 5 minutes till the capsicum is soft but crunchy. Then add the paneer and mix well, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove in a plate and allow it to cool.
Peel, wash and slice the onion and green capsicum into round rings.
Take a tortilla warp slowly fold into four then open and make a cut in one fold of it. On one part of the tortilla wrap spread some schezwan sauce . In the second part place some paneer masala. In the third part place 1-2 onion and capsicum rings, next place some grated mozzarella cheese. Please note that you can place the above ingredients as per your choice
For folding the warp slowly lift and place the schezwan sauce part over the paneer then the onion capsicum one over the cheese.
Grease a sandwich griller with some butter and place the folded wrap on it and grill till brown and crispy on both sides.
Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.
