Homemade Curry Leaves Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup curry leaves
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
1- 2 green chillies
1 tsp tamarind
1 garlic pod
1 small piece ginger
salt as per taste
1 tsp oil
1 whole kashmiri chilli
1/4 tsp asefodita
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Method:
Remove the curry leaves from the stem and wash them properly. Dry pat and keep aside for future use.
Take a grinder add all the above ingredients with a little water and grind into a fine paste.
Heat a small pan with 1 tsp oil add the mustard seeds when it splutters add the asefodita, whole red chilli and curry leaves.
Pour it on the chutney.
Remove in a bowl.
Serve this healthy and yummy chutney with idli, dosa or uttapam.
