Homemade Aate Ka Halwa ( Kada Prasad) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour (Atta)
1 cup sugar
1 cup ghee
3 cups water
Method:
Heat ghee in a heavy based vessel and add the wheat flour in it.
Roast the flour stirring continuously on low to medium flame for 15-20 minutes till it turns golden in colour.
In a pan add the sugar and water and boil till the sugar dissolves.
Pour the sugar syrup on the roasted wheat flour and cook till it thickens.
Remove in a serving bowl.
Enjoy and serve hot.
