Homemade Thai Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cup small macroni pasta
1 big carrot
1 big green capsicum
3/4 cup Thai chilli sauce ( Kimball Brand)
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup crushed roasted peanuts
1/2 lemon juice
salt as per taste
Method:
In a vessel boil some water with one tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt then add the macaroni pasta and cook till soft. Drain the water out and then pour cold water over the macaroni. Spread the macaroni on a plate and allow it to cool .
Peel, wash and cut the carrot into round shape then steam it till semi soft.
Wash and cut the capsicum into small cubes.
In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.
Keep the salad in the refrigerator and serve cold.
