Heat a non stick tawa on very high flame and when the tawa is really hot then sprinkle some chopped onions all over the tawa. Stir the batter very well and then pour some batter in circular motion from outwards moving inside keeping the flame high. Wherever there are big gaps pour in some more batter. You will see holes been formed. Pour some oil on it and cook on medium to low flame till crispy. Flip on the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat the process and prepare all the dosas with the remaining batter.
