Homemade Leftover Noodles Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gms leftover soft boiled thin noodles or maggi noodles
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
3 chopped green chillies
1/4 cup chopped mint
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera / cumin powder
1/2 tbsp amchur / mango powder
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp white til/sesame seeds
4 tbsp roasted besan/gram flour or sattu atta
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
Method:
In a pot boil some water with 1 tsp salt and 1 /2 tbsp oil then add the noodles and cook on low to medium flame till soft.Drain and keep aside for future use. Alternatively you can use leftover boiled noodle as I have done.
Take a bowl add all the above ingredients excluding the oil then add the cooked noodles and mash it nicely and mix well.
Grease your palms with some oil and roll into round balls and then flatten them .
Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up.
Heat a non stick tawa then grease it with 3-4 tbsp oil. Place the patties on it and cook on low flame on both sides till golden brown in colour. Remove in a plate.
Arrange in a serving dish and serve with green chutney.
