Homemade Maggi Noodles Recipe

Homemade Maggi Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 nos maggi packets (vegetable masala flavour )

  • 4 small onions chopped into long

  • 4 tomatoes skin removed and chopped into long

  • 1 green capsicum chopped into long

  • 2 pkts maggi veg masala sachets

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 4-5 tbsp schezwan sauce

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Take a vessel take 8-9 cups water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Cover and boil. Add the maggi in the water and cook till soft. Drain all the water from it and allow to cool.

  2. In a pan heat 5-6 tbsp oil add the onions and cook till soft and pink in colour. Add the chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook on low flame stirring at intervals till the tomatoes are mushy and cooked and oil is seen on the sides of the pan.

  3. Add green capsicum, pepper powder, chilli powder, maggi masala, salt and all the sauces. Mix well and cook for few seconds or till the capsicum is soft.

  4. Add the boiled noodles and cook for few minutes till it is well coated with the masala.

  5. Remove in a serving bowl.
