Homemade Instant Kalakand Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gms malai paneer/cottage cheese
1 /2 to 3/4 cup - condensed milk/ milkmaid
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped pistachio
1/2 tbsp ghee
Method:
Grate or crumble the paneer . Keep aside for future use.
In a pan heat the ghee then add the paneer and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder then mix and cook for 5 minutes only on medium flame stirring continuously.
Remove from flame. Grease a plate or cake tin then place a butter/parchment paper in it. Pour the mixture and bring it together with a spatula or spoon.Sprinkle the pistachio all over the mixture and lightly press it with the back of the spoon.
Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Then cut into square pieces. Let it set for another 15 minutes.
