Homemade Healthy Moong Sprout Chaat Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked whole sprout moong
1 onion chopped finely
1 cucumber chopped finely
1 tomato chopped finely
1 cup curds (yogurt)
1 tsp roasted jeera (cumin ) powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 cup nylon sev
8-10 sev puris
salt as per taste
Method:
Whisk the curds with salt and keep aside.
In a bowl take the cooked moong sprout, some curds, chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes and mix well.
Sprinkle some chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera, sweet and green chutney and give it a good toss.
Remove in serving bowls and again sprinkle a little of the chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, chaat masala, sev and break some puris over it.
Note: This delicious chaat can also be made with leftover sprout moong.
