Homemade Couscous Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup couscous

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped and deseed cucumber

  • 1/4 cup chilli green olives or green olives

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2-3 tbsp chopped mint leaves

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. In a pan boil half cup water. Switch off the flame and add the couscous. Cover and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

  2. After 5-10 minutes mix the couscous lightly with a fork. Each grain should be separate. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate it.

Enjoy this healthy and tasty couscous salad .
