Homemade Couscous Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped and deseed cucumber
1/4 cup chilli green olives or green olives
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
salt as per taste
Method:
In a pan boil half cup water. Switch off the flame and add the couscous. Cover and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
After 5-10 minutes mix the couscous lightly with a fork. Each grain should be separate. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate it.
