Homemade Bathua Raita (curds) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups curds (yogurt)
1/2 cup bathua ( 1 small bunch)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp black salt
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
Method:
Take a bowl add the curds with the dry spices . With a hand rai mix it till it is smooth paste.
Clean the bathua and then wash it properly.
In a vessel blanch the bathua , squeeze out the extra water and grind into a paste.
Add it to the yogurt, mix well.
Garnish with a little roasted cumin powder and pomegranate seeds.
Serve this healthy yogurt with your meal.
