Homemade Tilkut Ke Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:
300 gms white til (sesame seeds )
350 gms jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee
Method:
Clean and then dry roast the til on low flame stirring continuously till it is light brown and crispy. Allow it to cool.
Grate the jaggery and keep aside for future use.
Once the til is cooled down , remove 2 tbsp of it and keep aside. The remaining til add it in a grinder jar and grind it coarsely in pulse mode only .
In a bowl mix the grated jaggery, the 2 tbsp til , grinded til and cardamom .
If the mixture is too dry and cannot be rolled into ladoo add 1 tbsp of ghee in the mixture.
Grease your palms and take a small portion of the til mixture and then roll into round shape ladoos . The size of the ladoo can be as per your choice.
Once ready, store in an airtight container.
