Homemade Superfood Multiseeds Mukhwas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms black til ( sesame)

  • 100 gms sauf (fennel seeds )

  • 100 gms ajwain ( carom )

  • 100 gms shahi jeera

  • 200 gms flax seeds

Method:

  1. Clean all the above ingredients.

  2. Dry roast first the sauf for about 5-10 minutes till it is crispy. Remove and then dry roast the flax seed just for a few seconds. Remove on a plate and allow it to cool.

  3. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Store in a glass bottle and eat it after your meals for good digestion.

Note: the quantity of the seeds can vary as per your taste and choice.
