Homemade Sri Lankan Coconut Sambol Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole fresh coconut

  • 1 small finely chopped onion

  • 1 garlic pod

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes or as per taste

  • 1 tsp whole pepper

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. In a grinder jar add all the above ingredients and grind on pulse mode to form a fine paste.

  2. Remove in a serving bowl.

Serve this yummy Coconut Sambol with dosa, idli or uttapam.
