Homemade Split Dalia Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1+ 1/2 cup split dalia ( roasted chana dal)

  • 3/4 cup jaggery

  • 3/4 cup melted ghee

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Method:

  1. In a grinder take the split dalia and grind it into a fine powder.

  2. Grate the jaggery and melt the ghee.

  3. In a bowl take the dalia powder add the cardamom powder and mix well. Then add the jaggery and again mix. To it add the melted ghee and mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Take some mixture in your palm and roll into balls to give the shape of ladoos. Repeat the process till all the mixture is used.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy this healthy ladoos.
