Homemade Red Chilli Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 whole red chillies

  • 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 6 garlic pods

  • 1 small piece ginger

  • 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin) seeds

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. In a grinder add all the above ingredients.

  2. Grind the ingredients into a fine paste by adding a little water.

  3. Remove in a bowl.

  4. Spicy Red Chilli Coconut chutney is ready.

    Serve it with Idli, Dosa or Medu Vadas
