Homemade Rajgira Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rajgira / amaranth flour

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • sendha or normal salt as per taste

  • ghee or oil for cooking

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix the rajgira atta , salt and pepper. Add 3 cups water and mix well so that there are no lumps. Make a smooth thin pouring consistency batter.

  2. Heat a non stick dosa tawa on high flame and pour about 1-2 ladle of the batter in a circular motion to form a round dosa.

  3. Sprinkle some ghee or oil all over the dosa and cook it on medium to high flame till golden brown in colour.

  4. Remove in a plate and repeat the process till all the batter is used.

Enjoy this farali instant and healthy dosa with sweet yogurt or chutney.
