Homemade Pulao Stuffed Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

For Stuffing:

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup multigrain or wheat flour

  • 1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds )

  • salt as per tase

  • 1 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients of the dough and make a very soft dough by adding water as required. Allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Make equal size balls of the dough. Take one dough ball and roll it into a small disc and place some pulao on it. Bring all the edges together and form a round ball. Sprinkle some flour on the rolling board and place the stuffed dough ball on it roll into a round shape disc.

  3. Heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook on both sides by applying oil till it is brownish on both sides.

  4. Repeat the process till all the dough and stuffing is used.

Serve this yummy and crispy stuffed paratha with yogurt and pickle.
