Homemade Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup homemade paneer

  • 1 small onion chopped finely

  • 1 small tomato chopped finely

  • 1 green chill chopped finely

  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin ) seeds

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

  • salt as per taste

  • chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Chhayas food paneer bhurji - ingredients

Method:

  1. In a bowl scramble the paneer and keep aside.Frozen or market bought fresh paneer can also be used.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add jeera when it splutters add ginger , turmeric powder, onion and green chilli. Cook till the onion is soft.

  3. Add the tomato and cook till oil leaves the sides.

  4. Put all the remaining spices and salt .Cook for a minute or two.

  5. Add the scrambled paneer give it a good mix.

  6. Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve this yummy Paneer Bhurji with chapati or paratha.
