Homemade Neer Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice

  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut

  • 6 cups water

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean, wash and soak the rice for 3 -4 hours.

  2. Grind the rice with the coconut to form a fine paste.

  3. Add salt and water till you get a very thin consistency.

  4. Take a small non stick tawa, wipe it with oil. When the tawa is very hot then pour a ladle of batter.

  5. Spread the batter thinly and evenly .

  6. Cover and cook on medium flame till it is cooked all over .

  7. Fold the dosa and remove. Repeat till all the batter is used up.

  8. Serve this soft and fluffy neer dosa with coconut chutney or Onion Tomato Chutney.
