Homemade Neer Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups rice
1 cup fresh grated coconut
6 cups water
salt as per taste
Method:
Clean, wash and soak the rice for 3 -4 hours.
Grind the rice with the coconut to form a fine paste.
Add salt and water till you get a very thin consistency.
Take a small non stick tawa, wipe it with oil. When the tawa is very hot then pour a ladle of batter.
Spread the batter thinly and evenly .
Cover and cook on medium flame till it is cooked all over .
Fold the dosa and remove. Repeat till all the batter is used up.
Serve this soft and fluffy neer dosa with coconut chutney or Onion Tomato Chutney.
