Homemade Moong Dal Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups moong dal

  • 3/4 cup chana dal

  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder

  • salt as per taste


Method:

  1. Clean, wash the moong and chana dal. Soak it together in water for 3-4 hours.

  2. Drain the water and grind together to form a fine paste.

  3. Keep it to rest for about 2-3 hours.

  4. Add salt, red chilli powder and some water if required to get a medium consistency batter.

  5. On a non stick dosa tawa pour some batter and spread it to form a thin round dosa.

  6. Put oil on it and cook till it turns brown .Remove on a plate.

  7. Repeat till all the batter is used.

    Enjoy and serve this crispy and yummy dosa with green chutney or onion tomato chutney.
