Homemade Makki (Maize) Ki Roti Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Makki atta ( maize flour)
1 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
warm water for kneading
Method:
1. Sieve the maize and wheat flour and mix together.
2. Add the salt to the flour and knead it with warm water to make a semi soft dough.
3. Apply some oil on the dough to make a smooth ball. Keep it to rest for 10-15 minutes.
5. With the dough make small equal size balls and roll into round chapatis.
6. Cook on a tawa on both sides similar to how you make chapatis, apply ghee on one side.
7. Repeat the process till the entire dough is used up.
Serve hot with Sarson Ka Saag
