Homemade Instant Tomato Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup rawa/sooji/semolina
2 cups water
2 tomatoes
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
some grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese for garnishing
Method:
Wash and then chop the tomatoes into big cubes.
In a grinder jar add the chopped tomatoes and puree it then add the rice flour, rawa, jeera, chilli powder and 2 cups water. Grind it into a fine paste .
Remove the batter in a bowl. The batter should be of a flowing dosa consistency.
Heat a dosa tawa. When it is medium hot pour a ladle full of the batter and spread it slowly in a circular motion. Sprinkle some oil all over it and cook on medium flame till brown and crispy. Spread some grated cheese on it.
Fold and remove on a plate.
Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
Enjoy with chutney or ketchup .
