Homemade Instant Rawa Set Dosa Recipe

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rawa /semolina/sooji

  • 1 cup curds /yogurt

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp powa

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp ENO

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. In a sieve wash the powa and keep aside for future use.

  2. In a grinder jar add rawa, curds, sugar, salt , washed powa and water. Grind them all together.

  3. Remove in a bowl and then add the ENO . Give it a good mix.

  4. Heat a non stick tawa and when hot then pour a ladle of the batter on it and allow it to spread on its own. When bubbles are seen on the dosa then lower the flame and cook till brown on the bottom and well cooked or dry on the top.

  5. Remove on a plate.

  6. Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
