Homemade Healthy Instant Oats Idli Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup rawa ( semolina)

  • 1/2 cup curds ( yogurt)

  • 1 sachet. ( 5 gms) ENO

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. In a grinder grind the oats finely. Keep aside.

  2. In a bowl add the oats, rawa and salt. Mix well then add the curds and about one cup water. Again mix well till you get an idli batter consistency. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.

  3. In the meanwhile boil some water in an idli cooker or vessel. Grease the idli moulds and keep aside.

  4. After 15-20 minutes mix the batter and only if required then add some water. Mix the sachet of ENO in the batter and immediately pour the idli batter in the greased moulds. Allow it to steam for 15 minutes or till it is cooked.

  5. Remove from flame and let it cool. Once cooled remove from the moulds and place in a serving dish.

Serve this healthy soft and and fluffy Idlis with green chutney.
