Homemade Healthy Moong Sprout Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked whole sprout moong

  • 1 onion chopped finely

  • 1 cucumber chopped finely

  • 1 tomato chopped finely

  • 1 cup curds (yogurt)

  • 1 tsp roasted jeera (cumin ) powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • sweet chutney

  • green chutney

  • 1/2 cup nylon sev

  • 8-10 sev puris

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Whisk the curds with salt and keep aside.

  2. In a bowl take the cooked moong sprout, some curds, chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes and mix well.

  3. Sprinkle some chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera, sweet and green chutney and give it a good toss.

  4. Remove in serving bowls and again sprinkle a little of the chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, chaat masala, sev and break some puris over it.

Note: This delicious chaat can also be made with leftover sprout moong.
