Homemade Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunch coriander leaves

  • 4-5 green chillies or as per taste

  • 1 small piece ginger

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 small onion

  • 2 tbsp roasted chana dal

  • 1/4 tsp jeera (cumin )seeds

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean the coriander leaves with a little stalk on them.

  2. Wash the coriander leaves properly.See TIP # 22

  3. In a grinder put all the above ingredients , add a little cold water and grind to a fine paste. See TIP # 10

  4. Remove in a glass bottle and store in refrigerator.

This green chutney can be stored for almost two weeks.
