Homemade Farali Fruit Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 small potatoes

  • 2 big sweet potatoes

  • 2 cucumber

  • 1 apple

  • 1 pear

  • 3 bananas

  • 2-3 green chillies chopped finely

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder

  • black salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp sugar

Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes and sweet potatoes then in a pressure cooker boil them separately.

  2. Peel and cut the potatoes and sweet potatoes into big cubes.

  3. Peel also the bananas, apple, pear and cucumber. Cut them into cubes.

  4. In a bowl add the chopped fruits,potatoes, sweet potatoes, salt, sugar, pepper, chillies and lemon. Mix well.

  5. Remove in a serving bowl.

Enjoy this healthy and yummy fruit chaat.
