Homemade Farali Aloo ( Potato) Ki Sabzi Recip

Ingredients:

  • 4 big potatoes boiled

  • 1-2 green chillies chopped finely

  • 1/2 lemon (juice)

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder

  • black salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes into pieces.

  2. Heat 2-3 tbsp ghee in a heavy based vessel.

  3. Saute the mashed potatoes for 2-3 minutes in the ghee.

  4. Add the green chillies, salt and pepper.

  5. Mix well, add 4-5 cups of water.

  6. Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

    Enjoy this simple and easy sabzi with pooris or parathas during vrat or fasting.
