Homemade Curry Leaves Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup curry leaves

  • 1/4 cup fresh grated coconut

  • 1- 2 green chillies

  • 1 tsp tamarind

  • 1 garlic pod

  • 1 small piece ginger

  • salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 whole kashmiri chilli

  • 1/4 tsp asefodita

  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

Method:

  1. Remove the curry leaves from the stem and wash them properly. Dry pat and keep aside for future use.

  2. Take a grinder add all the above ingredients with a little water and grind into a fine paste.

  3. Heat a small pan with 1 tsp oil add the mustard seeds when it splutters add the asefodita, whole red chilli and curry leaves.

  4. Pour it on the chutney.

  5. Remove in a bowl.

Serve this healthy and yummy chutney with idli, dosa or uttapam.
