Homemade Chilli Pickle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150 gms green chillies

  • 1/4 tsp asefodita

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tbsp methi (fenugreek ) seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp rai (mustard ) powder

  • 1 tbsp sauf (fennel) seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp salt

  • 1+1/2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Method:

  1. Wash the green chillies properly.

  2. Dry the chillies, then remove the top and end of the chillies.

  3. Cut the chillies into halves.

  4. Grind the sauf and methi coarsely.

  5. In a bowl add all the dry spices, chillies and mix well.

  6. Then mix the vinegar and mustard oil in it .

  7. Store the pickle in an airtight glass bottle.

  8. The chilli pickle will be ready in 2-3 days.
