Homemade Cheesy Maggi Pao Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 maggi packets ( Veg Flavour)

  • 3 big onions chopped into long

  • 4 tomatoes chopped finely

  • 1 green pepper/ capsicum cut into long

  • 1 yellow pepper / capsicum cut into long

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder

  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder

  • salt as per taste

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 6 Pav

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Method:

  1. In a vessel boil water with 1-2 drops of oil and 1 tsp salt then add the maggi noodles and cook till soft. Drain and keep it aside.

  2. Take a heavy based pan heat oil then add the onions and saute till it is pink in colour.

  3. Add the tomatoes and all the spices and cook for 5-10 minutes till it is soft and mushy.

  4. Add the green and yellow capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes then add the boiled noodles to it. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till the noodles is well coated with all the masala .

  5. Take a pav cut it into half then make it hot on a tawa greased with butter. Remove and place 1-2 spoons of maggi on one half of the pav and cover it with cheese then place the other half on it. Once again make it hot on a greased tawa.

  6. Remove in a plate and serve with ketchup or scezwan sauce.
