Homemade Besan Rawa Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups besan ( gram flour)

  • 1/4 cup rawa

  • 1/4 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • salt as per taste

  • 2-3 chopped green chillies

  • 2 chopped onions

  • some chopped coriander leaves

  • 6 cups water

Method:

  1. In a bowl take the besan, rawa, rice flour, turmeric, chilli, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well, then add the the water little by little ensuring that they are no lumps. The batter should be of a watery consistency. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Heat a non stick tawa , when the tawa is very hot sprinkle some chopped onions all over the tawa then pour a ladle of the batter evenly all over the hot tawa. Put some oil all over the dosa and cook on medium to high flame till it is brown in colour. Flip and cook on the other side also till crispy and brown.

  3. Repeat the process till all the batter is used.

    Serve this instant and crispy dosa with green chutney.
