Homemade Bathua Raita (curds) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups curds (yogurt)

  • 1/2 cup bathua ( 1 small bunch)

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp black salt

  • salt as per taste

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add the curds with the dry spices . With a hand rai mix it till it is smooth paste.

  2. Clean the bathua and then wash it properly.

  3. In a vessel blanch the bathua , squeeze out the extra water and grind into a paste.

  4. Add it to the yogurt, mix well.

  5. Garnish with a little roasted cumin powder and pomegranate seeds.

Serve this healthy yogurt with your meal.
