Homemade Aloo Chana Chaat Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup tin kabuli chana (chickpeas)
1 small boiled potato chopped into cubes
1 small chopped onion
1 small tomato copped into cubes
1 chopped green chilli
1/4 cup nylon sev
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted jeera
salt as per taste
2-3 tbsp green chutney
1-2 tbsp sweet chutney
Method:
Open the chana tin , drain the water and wash it under running water. Keep aside.
In a bowl add the drained chana, all the dry spices and chutneys and give it a good toss. Then add the chopped aloo, onion and tomato and mix again.
Remove in a serving dish and sprinkle some nylon sev all over the chaat.
Enjoy this easy and quick chana chaat for your evening snack or as a party statrer.
