Homemade Aloo Chana Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tin kabuli chana (chickpeas)

  • 1 small boiled potato chopped into cubes

  • 1 small chopped onion

  • 1 small tomato copped into cubes

  • 1 chopped green chilli

  • 1/4 cup nylon sev

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp roasted jeera

  • salt as per taste

  • 2-3 tbsp green chutney

  • 1-2 tbsp sweet chutney

Method:

  1. Open the chana tin , drain the water and wash it under running water. Keep aside.

  2. In a bowl add the drained chana, all the dry spices and chutneys and give it a good toss. Then add the chopped aloo, onion and tomato and mix again.

  3. Remove in a serving dish and sprinkle some nylon sev all over the chaat.

Enjoy this easy and quick chana chaat for your evening snack or as a party statrer.
